Dynamic Regenerative Medicine offers our patients simple private musculoskeletal ultrasound imaging scans, which are delivered by our clinical director Mr Adam Whatley. Our musculoskeletal ultrasound is delivered using the latest handheld ultrasound equipment here at our Birmingham and Solihull clinics. Here we perform musculoskeletal imaging to accurately assess a wide range of musculoskeletal problems. Further accurate diagnostics in relation to complicated pathology may be referred on if necessary. This may include the use of advanced imaging, MRI, consultant radiologists and sonographers.
The ultrasound procedure is very safe and simple. The ultrasound machine utilises high-frequency sound waves to create an image of the soft tissue, muscles, nerves, joints and ligaments in the problem area in real time. Our experienced musculoskeletal clinicians also use this fantastic technology to the perform ultrasound-guided injections for the treatment of certain conditions.

It allows to make a confident diagnosis with high-definition imaging of muscles, joints, ligaments, tendons and cartilage both at rest and in motion. Also, for further specialist imaging and diagnostics can be arranged if necessary.
Ultrasound Guided Injections
At the Dynamic Clinic in Birmingham we also offer for our injections to be performed under ultrasound guidance if needed. Ultrasound guided injections are performed by clinicians who are specialists in musculoskeletal practice, as well as being highly trained and experienced clinicians.
Sometimes injections performed under ultrasound can provide and achieve more precision and improved outcomes, but this is not 100% needed in every case.
